Great

works great with my Nikon D7100 and a wu-1a wireless adapter. I was able to control all aspects of camera settings with no problem. Great work!

Works Perfect

Works perfect with my Nikon D610 (WU-1B) AND my Nikon D7100 (WU-1A) using the iPad Air.

Shuts down on connect to Nikon AW1 with WU-1b

Immediately on connect to the camera the App shuts down on both IPad and IPod. The Nikon utility works on both.

What a great alternative to the CamRanger

I was literally about to purchase a Camranger on Amazon when I noticed a suspicious similar looking device below it for $37. After doing some research it turns out that Camranger uses a TP link portable router with its own proprietary firmware on it, for $300. The maker of this app made a custom free to download firmware update for the $37 router and this $10 app, giving you a fully functional camranger spin off with all the same features for a fraction of the price. This app does the trick, no complaints so far!

Not happy, crashes on iPhone 5s

Not happy... I just purchased this app to go with my Nikon WU-1b adapter. Confirmed wifi connectivity between adapter and iPhone 5s and it crashes, rebooted all devices and same thing. Im so disappointed I wasted ten dollars for something I cant even use?:-(

Works Great!!!

This app works great with iPad and iPhone / Canon 7D, for a fraction o the money you get an amazing wireless controller if you pair it with a tp-link router!!!!

Dont expect any support

While this could be a very good product, I will probably never know for certain. It is advertised to support multi-camera shoots, I have not been able to get this to work. I have attempted at least 4 times to get help from the developer. He has never written back. His forum has been down for at least 2 months, and while he just recreated it, and I have registered, he has not yet approved my new post and know I will not receive any support for my need, before the video shoot I am traveling 2600 miles for.

Works well but needs a UI overhaul

Qdslrdashboard is much better than the Nikon WMU app, but the UI is confusing and doesnt look very good. Also wish I could transfer jpegs or only previews while Im shooting in raw. Its pretty slow to transfer the full raw files after each shot. Nikon should purchase this and integrate some of the manual control features into the official app!

Best purchase Ive made!

Following direction on the developers website and lrtimelapse makes this one of the best tools for remote shooting! Thanks!

Good combo with TPLink 3040

Will not work with Nikon 1 camera

Very frustrated. Web site says it supports the Nikon WU-B1 wireless adapter, which is what I use on my Nikon 1 V2 camera. When I load the program on my iPhone 4S (running iOS 6.1.3) and launch the DslrDashboard program and try to connect to my camera, the program immediately crashes. I have made sure my camera is on, the WU-1B is connected and active, and even that my iPhone is wirelessly connected to camera’s wireless network. And still, every time I press the little Nikon connection button in the DslrDashboard app, the app immediately crashes. Spent over an hour on support web site, but found no answers.

Garbage

So basically you can only use this app when you purchase a pocket wireless router and two other apps. DONT waste your money people.

Need improve UI

Really great apps but its really in need of overhaul the UI. Pls support portrait mode, not only the landscape one. The UIs ugly and not support iphone 6plus at the moment.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you to Mr. Hubai for creating dslrdashboard. I am new to timelapse photography, and was disappointed with my initial attempts. Dslrdashboard coupled with theTP-Link router makes taking sequences easier, and allows me to focus on creative elements. Im giving dslrdashboard 4 stars since its a work in progress. Im sure it will improve with popularity. Encourage Mr. Hubai and use his product.

Awesome program

Firmware for the wireless router I use was hard to install. This software is flawless once you get it working though. Highly recommended! Itll change how you do night photography. One review says it doesnt support 6 plus, that is incorrect. I use it on my 6 plus all the time.

Canon

If you have canon 5d mark iii! Dont even think about it, you will waist your 10 dollars it does not work

Needs work

Works alright. UI is terrible. Consistently cuts out while doing holy grail shots so even though its automatic you still have to monitor the shot so it doesnt fail. Lots of potential though.

Excellent App

While bugs are rampant and the app occasionally hangs, or gets stuck when you try to set it up. However it becomes pure magic when you learn how to work around the options that make it mis-behave! This app has tremendous potential and I hope the developer keeps on improving the stability. LRTimelapse feature turns any slider into a very potent package. This app saved me a lot of effort and helps me improve my time-lapse work! Highly recommended to anyone interested in doing Holy Grail time lapses.

Keep crashing

App keep crashing every time I take a picture with. Stay on Capture In Progress then nothing. Need update asap, thanks!

So many features. Almost perfect.

For some reason, it doesnt trigger 30sec after interval ramping into night. Im using a D750 from Nikon. Please fix this. Besides that, its very powerful and is unmatched for the price. Great for landscape, product, portraits, macro and time lapses. Awesome but not fully polished yet. This software has come a long way! Great job!
